I bought a Stainless Steel Continuous Brewer Package and a heating strip at the end of November and I LOVE, love, love the product! I have been enjoying my very own, home-made Kombucha ever since. It is as easy as you said it would be. I followed the exact, simple instructions that came with the kit and everything turned out perfectly. The kombucha is delicious! I love it unflavored but have also bottled some ginger and chamomile just to try. I was so sad on day 10 when I went to do my first taste test and found what I thought was mold floating on the top of my brew. But before pouring it out, I sent you a picture and you assured me it wasn’t mold. I’m sure you get a LOT of those pics! Yesterday I shared my brew with friends and family that came for Christmas dinner and they loved it also! I foresee a long future of brewing and looking forward to the health benefits.     Newbie here, I purchased the Stainless brewer complete starter package. Everything looked good with the exception of the fine finished wood stand, which arrived with the assembly instructions glued to the fine finish of the wood. At that point I noted that there was surface damage to the stainless steel brewer also. I contacted Hannah and she arranged for a store credit arrangement on the brewer blemish and has agreed to send me another stand when she gets my color back in stock. I like everything and all the info is very detailed, along with the videos included in the starter package. I have bottled some from my first fermentation and I have another batch started now. I am anxious to see the health benefits of the kombucha.

    We’ve just finished bottling our second batch of kombucha and it’s far and away the best we’ve ever had. After spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on store bought kombucha, we tried to make our own without a kombucha kamp kit. It was ok, but we weren’t crazy about the flavor–now I know it was because of the tea and room temperature.

    Once we bought the full stainless kit, heater, and Hannah’s special blend tea though, we can’t stop drinking it. It’s simply delicious. We’ve added ginger into bottles and love it. We’ve mixed with juices and love it. And we drink it straight every day. It was tough to decide to make the investment but we’re exceptionally glad we did!

    I am so glad I happened upon Kombuchakamp.com while searching. I ended up ordering the Stainless Steel complete package. I received the package sooner than I expected (great customer service) and assembly and making your Kombucha is a snap because of Hanna’s detailed videos. It was hard to wait for the seven days, (I waited for 8) but the first batch was great.
